Nous avons vécu une expérience horrible avec un serveur dont je ne me souviens plus du nom, mais il avait les cheveux noirs et il était mince. Il nous a très mal traités, nous a fait attendre longtemps, et en plus, la commande était incorrecte. Il avait un ton désagréable en parlant aux clients. En tant que personne ayant travaillé dans le service, je peux vous garantir que ce n’est absolument pas la bonne manière de s’adresser aux clients ou de les traiter, surtout quand l’erreur vient de vous.
