Terrible Experience!

The Pastillas filling was completely burned, making it inedible. The Sellou and other Moroccan items were just as bad—dry and lacking any real flavor. As for the cakes and sweets, they were a complete joke, completely tasteless. On top of that, the service was shockingly rude, and to make matters worse, there were clear signs of dishonest pricing. They overcharge, they don’t return change, and they don’t care about customer service. I had already noticed their declining quality, but I kept giving them chances, hoping things would improve. Big mistake. It's not worth a single cent. Do yourself a favor and avoid it...

Worst experience ever. Extremely poor customer service, extremely expensive , as expensive as franchises like Paul but at least you get well-served at Paul, extremely rude staff, they started sticking their fingers in every single bakery to check the fillings as they had no answers to any of my questions regarding that. Very delicious Moroccan pastries and sweets. Prices are relatively high but the quality of the products and the good hygiene of their staff makes it well worth it.
