Tito's Café restaurant — Restaurant in Marrakesh Prefecture

I had the absolute worst dining experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, it was a disaster. The staff was rude and inattentive, acting like they were doing me a favor by letting me eat there. The table was dirty, and it took forever for someone to clean it after I asked multiple times.

The food? Completely inedible. My dish was cold, overcooked, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. The flavors were bland, and the portions were ridiculously small for the outrageous prices. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food, and when I brought it up to the server, they shrugged and didn’t even apologize.

The atmosphere was just as badloud, chaotic, and uncomfortable. It felt more like a cafeteria than a restaurant. I left hungry, frustrated, and completely disappointed. Save your money and go literally anywhere else. This place is a joke.

Avoid coming to this restaurand!Complete absence of ethics of dealing with clients. We got plates to share but we couldn't finish the 1st bite. It can't be eaten, even the staff and manager tried it and refused to take a second bite. Despite all of this and complaining in a respectful manner, they refused to change or refund. What a shame! E la seconda volta che mi reco in questo posto per sentire un po’ di musica. Oggi sono andata dopo cena ho ordinato un insalata un succo di limone… mi hanno portato mezzo bicchiere con al interno spremuti 2 limoni ancora i semi, ed una bottiglietta d’acqua piccola da versare dentro è la prima volta che vendo una cosa del genere. Mi sono lamentata con cameriere che al seguito ha fatto finta di non sentire…. Ho chiesto un tiramisù ( mi hanno portato il tiramisù tutto ghiacciato ho chiamato il cameriere le ho fatto assaggiare il tiramisù ghiacciato.. mi ha risposto lascialo sul tavolo con caldo di Marrakech si scongela da solo ) se volevo un gelato al tiramisù lo avrei comprato. Quando sono andata a pagare ho notato che mi hanno fatto pagare un prodotto che non desideravo che non ho mangiato per un errore loro. Mi dispiace trovo che questo locale ha del potenziale ma purtroppo ha poca cura del cliente la loro l’importante è fare cassa….cosa piaccia e non piaccia al consumatore ha poco importanza. prima di lasciare questa recensione ne ho letti molti non belli verso questo caffè.
