Los Nachos — Restaurant in Safi

Los Nachos is hands down the worst food experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked in, everything went wrong.

First, the menu is completely useless because nothing is available. I wanted a shawarma mixte not available. Pizza? Not available. Tacos mixte? Also unavailable. The only thing they had was tacos chicken, so I had no choice but to order that.

The service was beyond terrible. The staff ignored me when I tried to order, and when I finally got the cashier’s attention, it took 40 minutes before I realized they hadn’t even placed my order. Instead of apologizing, they tried to trick me into taking something else. When I refused, the cook threw together a miserable excuse for tacos – barely any chicken, mostly fries, and random ground beef I never asked for.

The food itself was disgusting. The fries were soggy, the tacos had almost no chicken, and everything tasted bland. On top of that, the kitchen looked unhygienic, and I’ve heard other customers found hair in their food.

The atmosphere was just as bad. The staff spent more time arguing with customers than working. At one point, a huge fight broke out between employees and customers because of the terrible service. The loud music was repetitive and gave me a headache.

When I finally wanted to pay, their card machine was conveniently broken, so I had to pay in cash. Then I had to wait another 15 minutes for my change while the staff had another argument.

Terrible service, horrible food, and a stressful environment. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid...

Here's my experience with this so called fast food restaurant, it wasn't fast at all, I waited 1 hour for my meal just so they can tell me it's not available, I was so frustrated, I agreed upon changing my order which took another half hour to make, when I finally got my food it wasn't even what I reordered!!! , I barely ate it because it was so bad, the fries were soggy, nothing tasted good, then after a long wait just to pay, the payment process didn't go through since the machine wad broken... while waiting, there was huge fight between the rude staff and some friendly customers who were just trying to eat and were rudely thrown out of the restaurant!! Very bad experience I do not...

Si vous êtes juste de passage devant je vous conseille de ne pas vous arrêter. La pizza est aussi dure que l'assiette sans sauce tomate, les nachos on passé trop de temps dans l'huile ou l'huile n'est plus très propre. La musique nous casse les oreilles même après avoir demandé a baissé le son, 1h30 a écouter la même musique. On vous serre une bouteille de 45cl au prix du 50cl alors qu'il devrait juste changer le cl sur la carte. Point service au top de la médiocrité le serveur est passé plusieurs fois sans même débarrasser la table. Nous avons commandé une crêpe mais nous sommes partie sans la manger 30...
