The food itself was tasty and met our expectations. The Grimace Shake was a standout—sweet, fun, and surprisingly good! However, the experience was overshadowed by a frustrating payment issue.

We paid with a foreign card, and the money was immediately debited from our account. Despite this, the cashier insisted the order didn’t go through and tried to charge us again. Even after showing proof that the payment had cleared, we were met with resistance. It took a firm back-and-forth—and my husband having to push the issue—for them to finally acknowledge the payment.

While the food was solid, the lack of understanding or trust in foreign card transactions was disappointing. If you’re visiting from abroad, I’d strongly recommend using a Moroccan account or cash to avoid...

I’m a frequent customer at McDonald's and generally enjoy the food. However, I'm very disappointed with the quality of the orange juice. It tastes like water and bad. I don't want to eat my burger with water !! As I expressed my concern to a staff member, and their response was that the orange juice always comes that way. This is unacceptable and a poor pitch especially given my long history as a customer.
