Sushi Factory — Restaurant in Tétouan

My wife and I had a really lovely dinner at Sushi Factory, and we were both very impressed. We ordered the fried sushi, and honestly, it exceeded our expectations — it was incredibly crispy, perfectly fresh, and packed with flavor in every bite. The texture was spot on, and you could tell it was made with care and quality ingredients.

The service was excellent — the staff were warm, welcoming, and very attentive throughout our visit. They made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed without being overbearing.

The atmosphere of the place was also worth mentioning. It has a clean, modern, and cozy vibe that makes you want to stay longer. Everything from the lighting to the seating was thoughtfully designed. It felt inviting and relaxing, which really added to our experience.

I honestly was amazed with the service, place, and food quality as a whole. This place is a hidden gem 💎, the food is tasty and well prepared (first time I enjoyed Sushi in Morocco) you can tell the ingredients are fresh (no canned items in salad!). Très mauvaise expérience hier au Sushi Factory. Nous étions un groupe de 12 et avions commandé tous en même temps, chacun de nous commençait à recevoir son plat après 35-40 minutes d’attente avec 3 -4 minutes d’intervalle entre chaque 2 plats servi. Après que tout le monde a reçu son plat, et qu’en parallèle d’autres clients qui étaient venus après nous et s’étaient fait servir leur plat quand même. Je commençais à demander gentiment voir 4 ou 5 fois, au serveur que je n’ai rien reçu et que je ne comprenais pas ce retard. Il ne cessait de m’affirmer à chaque fois que d’ici 5 minutes mon repas serait prêt et qu’il y avait pleins de commandes qui se préparaient. Passée 40-50 minutes, je suis descendue me plaindre au gérant et au chef, et je me suis rendue que ma commande n’était ni prête ni en train de se faire préparer.
