The Clubhouse Restaurant & Sushi, Hentiesbaai — Restaurant in Henties Bay

I took my whole family out on Saturday the 24th of February to “the Clubhouse”, it was the worst experience ever of any restaurant in a long time. First of all the waitress forgot what drinks we ordered, then after we ordered starters, only half of the starters arrived, when we asked where our other items were, they said they did not have one ingredient and then we asked for normal fries. After 20 min we asked about the fries again, then discovered that the order was not sent in. The waitress said it will take very long since the need to peel the potatoes… All this drama and being told that they are “very busy” however it was only our table with two other tables being a 2 pax and and a 3 pax. We ended up leaving without mains!!! No manager in sight. I will never go back again and will advise everyone if they do not want to be disappointed, do not go. Brought my German friend for a bite to eat, ended being very disappointed. There was 7 waiters and non of them knew what, where and how, yes its December time and everyone is busy, but there was no meeting greeting from the waiter just what what do you want to order. We ended up going outside for it was very crowded inside and in the end i was just disappointed.. The service we recieved at this Restaurant was the worst me and my friends recieved at a Restaurant.
