Today 19th February decided to try out this chicken franchise that apparently taste like nando's. Was actually just looking for chicken wings which they don't have. The lady helping me was absolutely customer friendly and suggest what I should have. Right and so I ordered. The lady grilling the chicken was grilling the wrong chicken and the lady correct her in Herero language which I could see she got upset. No wonder the chicken wasn't grilled properly and looked more cooked, something I could have done at home. Number 1, I paid for it. No 2, arguments infront of customers and in your language which I could understand is off the limit, then you don't belong there. No 3, I think the supervisor, a man was also there but it was like either he doesn't understand a word or he was scared of the two ladies. I'm glad I've experienced this because i won't set foot there again.
A takeaway is a takeaway and I expect what is paid for. So for me to get home which is not in town and didn't get what I paid for, you really want me to drive back all the way using my fuel and do what. I suggest you talk to the managers and if they see this kind of behavior they should do something about it and not run away. Nonetheless the person I gave the food to was probably happy hungry...
