The issue i have faced with this restaurant is the behaviour and communication of staff They are not taking care of the guest specially in the big events . I had faced very embarassing moment in this restaurant beacuse Of the manager of this restaurant he is soo arrogant ,and argue with guest no knowledge about the hospitality and he only wants to prove he is right The buffet in the event was opened around 6 o clock in ten minutes the food was over in the buffet they only refiling prawns and pakauda and rest of other foods in the snacks are empty i tell soo many times that the food is over but staffs dont respond me properly soo i tell manager that all the food pans are empty from long time he tells me "kam garira xa ta dekhnu vayena "and keep arguing with my father and me with loud sound .beacause my family was host that day he tells me that maile main host lai vanisake aaba tmlai matlab xina"he spoiled my whole mood in the event and make it wrost event in my life. This type of managers are not fit in hospitality industry i req owner to give him some training about hospitality knowledge and managent of events Plz dont make arguments with guest and a sweet apology to guest event miatakes are big or small. Other wise restaurant is good and food is good . I want to req them not to put food on buffet only but take the the quality of foods in the buffet the dal is like haluwa and rice is all dry all the foods in the pans gets dry and they are not refredhing it .and dont give excuses that we have no staff or its pick hours etc to the guest .    Read moreI rarely leave bad reviews, but my experience at KV Lounge and Jagatiko Chhoila Pasal was genuinely disappointing. From start to finish, the customer service (waiter) was unprofessional and careless. He was enjoying hookah and was busy showing tricks to his fellow staff rather than helping the paying customers. He seemed completely disinterested and unhelpful, as if serving customers was an inconvenience.
The food took forever to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold and tasted stale â definitely not worth the price. When I politely brought up the issue, the staff gave me attitude instead of trying to fix the problem. There was zero accountability, and I left feeling frustrated and ignored.
Whatâs worse, the overall atmosphere was chaotic and unorganized. Tables werenât cleaned promptly, and it felt like nobody cared about maintaining basic hygiene or service standards.
I had high expectations given the hype, but this was a huge letdown. I wonât be returning, and I wouldnât recommend KV Lounge or Jagatiko Chhoila Pasal to anyone who values good food and...
   Read moreI visit this restaurant in my brothers event Staffs are not responding us properly If we ask for water then they forget it No spoons no fork if we ask for it they say aaudai xa audaixa Dirty tables no clearance of plates and glasses For those big lounges they keep only 2 staff for service at last when we give feed back at last they said its peak time sorry Not cleaning bathroom in rush hours no water in the single table all guest were complaining about the water I am soo disappointed by their service and cancel the wedding which we are planning to do in this same restaurant this month we dont want to disappoint our guest with low class service Really its was huge difference between expectation and reality
