Ambiance & Decor The moment I stepped into this place, I was transported to Newari culture. The decor was beautifully curated with traditional artwork, and the soothing view added to the immersive experience. I have been working in this industry for more than 10 years and I never see this worst service in my entire life.

Whenever we are serving coffee there must be a glass of water,if it’s dopio,espresso the water must be there. We weren’t served water we had to ask for it and we were 2 people and they only served 1 glass.

If you don’t serve regular water you could’ve brought a mineral water which was fine.but they didn’t.

3.We literally asked for a water for 4 times form table and they didn’t respond it.I literally went to counter and tell them to bring water and they were using there phone.you can check it was 2025/10/22(4:30 pm).

I was so hungry and asked for menu and again there was no response.so I have to left that cafe because there were no one to attend us and how can you expect a nice food when their servers won’t even serve water even after telling more than 10 times.if it was busy I can understand but they were no guest in basement and 2 servers were using their phone and ignoring the customer.

Even if it’s a last restaurant in planet I would starve to death rather then going to that...

This is a great restaurant overlooking Dattatraya Square, one of the most fascinating and culturally significant spots in Bhaktapur. Its prime location with unbeatable views of the square from the balcony seating would be enough to give it high marks, but this place has got more going on than that. There’s the delicious food off of a menu with a good range of offerings. There’s the cozy décor and vibe. And there’s the sense of privacy—of having the space to yourself—in spite of its popularity. (And despite apparently being a popular restaurant, the turnover was good in our experience, so we didn’t have to wait for a table any of the times we were here.) There was no hustle and bustle, just people peacefully dining in groups, pairs, or solo. Friendly, attentive hosts and staff gave excellent service to match the quality of their food. Whether we were here to eat and dash or we were camped out to watch the activity on the square, they handled the pace. We had a great experience every time. Definitely...
