China Cooks — Restaurant in Kathmandu Metropolitan City

This place used to be my favorite for Chinese Food across Kathmandu, and that’s saying a lot cause there are any options and I am quite picky when it comes to Chinese food. Today was a stark contrast to how it used to be. The fried rice was dry and unsalted, the fried peanuts undercooked, the pork chilly another dry disappointment, the BBQ chicken Cantonese style obviously uninspired. The food was horrible and there was a server who looked sad to be there and a manager who was all too eager to collect the cash without any consideration for the food or the experience.
