I had an iced matcha latte and was charged for three portions of milk even though I had only one portion (half coconut / half almond)… ended up paying more than 4EUR which would be expensive even for European standards..
When I confronted the service staff about this asking why they had fully charged me for three portions of milk they had no solution for me…
My advice in a situation like this would be to offer a customer some kind of future discount or something to make up for the mistake (since the transaction had already gone through and I didn’t ask to double check the amount before, only saw it when they gave me the receipt..)
It’s a shame because I could have imagined coming here every day after work. This experience and especially how it was dealt with makes me not want to come here again - if I’m gonna be ripped off, overcharged and then told that there’s nothing that can be...
