KFC at Kalanki offers a neutral ambiance with typical seating arrangements you’d expect from the chain. It’s a decent place for a casual family meal, with options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Unfortunately, they had run out of paneer during our visit.

The service was friendly but not particularly fast, likely due to the place being a bit crowded. However, they did provide a good alternative for the missing paneer, which we appreciated. The Chicken Delight Pro was a standout item and is highly recommended.

My experience of delivery from here was pretty much okay except the one time. I ordered some combos through some app and the staff from KFC said I’ll confirm and call you back however there was no call back and when I called to ask they said that the order was cancelled. But without even giving me notice? They said they informed it to the app’s services and thought that they would inform me when he clearly told me he would call back after confirmation!!! I had already cleared things prior to this with the app’s customer service but stopped using the app too after this dissatisfying experience. I believe that it was from both the sides!! My worst experience ever , I asked them before ordering the burger if we can add thousand island sauce inside the burger , the order taker said yes .. I specially guided her to put 1 shot of it . Also the manager and the employee there are very rude . They don’t know about consumer rights . The lady manager over there , simply cut the phone saying we don’t do customization .
