I recently visited Shandar Momo and had the pleasure of trying their buff momos. I must say, they were the best I've ever had! The restaurant itself has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, with comfortable seating and ample lighting.

Shandar Momo operates on a pay-first system, which I found to be a convenient way to handle orders. The staff is friendly and efficient, which adds to the overall positive vibe of the place. However, parking can be a bit of a challenge, especially if you are driving a four-wheeler. But with a little patience, you should be able to find a spot nearby.

Now, let's talk about the star of the show, the buff momos. They were simply outstanding. The filling was juicy and flavorful, and the skin was perfectly cooked, soft and chewy. I could tell that the momos were freshly made and prepared with care.

The dipping sauce that came with the momos was also delicious. It had just the right amount of heat and complemented the flavors of the momos perfectly. I found the portions to be generous, and the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food.

Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at Shandar Momo. The buff momos were undoubtedly the highlight of my visit, but the restaurant as a whole is excellent. Where do I start? The last time (maybe the final time) I went there, I had ordered a plate of buff momo. While waiting for my plate, I saw a staff carrying on a plate 4 pieces of meatball with outer cover of momo eaten. This was an early warning of what was to come. When my plate arrived, I realized that the momo meat was so hard to chew. I just hope it wasn’t raw or anything. I couldn’t bring myself to eat another piece. I’ve been a regular customer of Shankhamul Shandar for 5+ years. Only recently that I’ve been disappointed with the quality of the momos. My last experience was the final straw. Never visiting again! 2 stars for the nostalgia and a good establishment...

"I recently visited Sandar Momo restaurant and ordered jhol momo, but to my disappointment, I received normal steam momo instead. I paid for the jhol momo at the counter, but the waiter insisted that it was indeed jhol momo. After eating, I asked again, and this time, the response was that it was steam momo. The inconsistency in their communication was frustrating. I appreciate transparency and accuracy in service. This experience affected my enjoyment of the meal.
