Dear Management,

I am a frequent visitor to your New Baneshwor branch and would like to share some concerns. NEVER GET PERFECT ESPRESSO, AND COFFEE QUALITY SO WROST, The staff often appears unprofessional with slow service—simple requests like hot water take up to 10 minutes and are sometimes served cold. The discount process is inconvenient EVEN STORE SUPERVISOR TRY TO FIGURE OUT REGULAR CLIENT THEN ALSO requiring owner approval even for regular customers and strange things owner like to see that regular client weekly 5 days then they allow discount . Additionally, the coffee quality is inconsistent and disappointing. I’ve also observed the owner reprimanding staff in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I like how nice the people are here. It's a coffee shop. There is a smoking section (outside in the balcony) but it's right next to the toilets- which is clean. Remember to get your parking slip stamped so that you get free parking. Himalayan Java is the oldest, and yes, honestly I find it a bit expensive compared to all coffee shops (sprouting daily) in Kathmandu. They take cards.
