If you’re craving non-local cuisine in Lukla, Everest Coffee Cafe is the perfect spot! We initially came for the sweets but were pleasantly surprised by their diverse menu, which includes delicious burgers and vegetarian burritos. We enjoyed a cappuccino, hot chocolate, kombucha, and indulged in the red velvet and chocolate cakes. The café is cozy and service friendly. Warning though that it can get quite crowded. Kabina was beyond anything I could have expected in terms of amazing service. The entire location is beyond wonderful, and the kindness is so genuine and intentional. I am so grateful so have spent a night here, as every concern I could have had was addressed immediately and effectively.
