I have never seen any restaurant with a fast service like this. The service was like lighting fast. We ordered and I guess we didnt even wait 5 mins for our order to reach our table. Despite the fact that the food came too fast; the food was so tasty and also was served hot.
The American Chopsuey was so good and indeed a 💎. Chunks of Buff pieces, Chicken pieces, Salami, Sausages, Mix Veggies and the perfect running egg made the chopsuey so delicious. My mouth is watering even now writing this review😋. The chopseuy was Meatlovers gem. The low spice perfectly balanced the taste of meats. Just amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥. Chicken Chilly and Buff Momo were also delicious.
Now for the bad part. We found a video on thhe tiktok that had a hint of this place. We searched for Burger House in google map. The location picture posted by other users was of this place or to say this exact location but the resturant/cafe is actually not the one we followed. People are still posting the food reviews and photos in another place where there is no Burger House at all. It just goes inside Kritipur local basti. We went 2 3 rounds but couldnt find the place and it was almost raining and our hope was going down. We agreed to go to other restaurant if we dont find this place. We kept the photo of the place in mind and decided to look for the place from the pokhari area to gate and we found this place in Panga jane bato. We didnt expect the food to be good; as we had already got our hopes down for not finding the place. But the place proved us wrong with its delicious food that they offer. I am still confused if this page is actually the place or the another burger house is original but from our experience this is the exact location and that location leads no where.
Hoping for the owner/staffs to correct or suggest edits to google maps or google to correct the info and make us easier to find the place.
For the people still confused. To reach this place, take a left from Kritipur Gate and on the place is exactly on the left side of first junction where the road leads to Panga.
Concluding, the food is great and the price is also average and worth...
Read moreBagh Bhairab Temple, located in Kirtipur, Nepal, is a historic Hindu temple dedicated to Bagh Bhairab, an incarnation of Lord Shiva depicted as a tiger. The temple is believed to have been established during the reign of King Shivadeva III (1099–1126 AD), making it one of the oldest in the region.
Architecturally, the temple is a three-tiered structure resting on a raised platform of four successive plinths made of brick. The brick walls are adorned with decorated doors and windows, and the roofs are supported by intricately carved timber struts featuring images of various deities. The temple is topped with a metal gajur (pinnacle), and a metal banner hangs down from the gajur to the first tier on the front side.
The temple houses a clay idol of Bagh Bhairab, which is replaced every 20 to 30 years due to natural degradation. This sacred act is performed by a Buddhist priest of the Bajracharya clan, using clay from seven different holy sites.
The temple complex also features various smaller shrines dedicated to deities such as Ganesh, Barahi, Kumari, Brahmayani, and Vaishnavi. Notably, the front facade of the temple displays an array of weapons, believed to be from the battles during King Prithvi Narayan Shah's attempts to conquer Kirtipur in the 18th century.
Every year, on the first day of the Nepali month of Bhadra (mid-August), the Bagh Bhairab Jatra festival is celebrated. During this festival, an idol of Bagh Bhairab is paraded through the streets accompanied by traditional music and dances, including the Lakhey dance. Devotees believe that circumambulating the temple 108 times during this festival brings success and good health.
The Bagh Bhairab Temple stands as a testament to the rich cultural and religious heritage of Kirtipur, attracting devotees and visitors alike to its...
Read moreI had the absolute worst experience at "Baghbhairab Burger House" recently. It’s one thing to have a bad meal, but it’s a completely different level of unprofessionalism when the staff doesn’t care about customer complaints and handles it with blatant rudeness.
First off, We were served raw, uncooked dishes that were completely inedible. This isn’t a minor mistake it’s a serious health hazard! We expected better from an establishment that claims to serve quality food. But the horror didn’t stop there.
When I approached the counter to politely express my concern, the man working there responded with a level of arrogance and disrespect that was beyond unacceptable. Instead of apologizing or attempting to make things right, he dismissed my complaint with, "We can't do anything." Excuse me? You serve raw food and then refuse to fix it?
When I told him I wouldn’t be returning, he had the audacity to say, "It’s your choice, we don’t care." The sheer disrespect is appalling. If the staff and management at "Baghbhairab Burger House" don’t care about their customers, why should anyone care about supporting this place?
I’m writing this review not just to express my frustration, but to warn others..stay far away from this place. There are plenty of better places where your hard earned money won’t be wasted, and where basic respect for customers still exists.
If you value your health, money, and dignity, DO NOT visit this restaurant. You...
