The atmosphere is nice and all but their customer service is very bad...we ordered choco cheese cake and it turned out to be stale....we couldn't have another bite ...it was so disgusting....we had choco cheese cake before too and we liked it so we ordered it this time...when we complained about it they simply said its not their mistake because they don't make it ...they bring it from another bakery...I mean then whose mistake is it ...ours??? Never visiting here again thanks...waste of money...its better we visit the bakery itself because they serve good cheesecake because the brownie here was also disgusting, we left it the last time...

It’s a 50/50 cafe where everything is well commercialized but 1 things that’s lacking so much is quality service and servers. You cannot just give a great ambience, average coffee and poor service. Also, whats with water i dont understand, when asked for a glass of water they say small or big mineral water. I am not mocking you guys for 1 time experience, been there for 15-20times and nothing ever change.

Please improvise your weakness or else it will be very hard for you to run cafe in future. Nepalese will chose poor coffee place with good service rather than average coffee with poor...
