Read moreWhile living in Patan for work in 2022/2023, I stayed at Timila for almost 5 months with my partner and we absolutely loved it - we highly recommend to anyone!!! The studio apartment we had offered everything you could ever want: a comfortable bed, AC, a modern kitchen, high quality amenities, beautiful bathroom, water filter, a private balcony AND a beautiful view over old Patan and during the right time of year you can even see the Himalaya range! Truly gorgeous! The restaurant downstairs is one of the best in Patan, we had so many lunches and dinners there (Kathi Rolls and the traditional Thali Set were our favorites) in the cozy courtyard. The location is perfect, nestled in between temples and 2 minutes from Durbar Square, very charming and just a unique experience. The staff is extremely friendly and everyone was always so quick to help with anything anytime - thank you so so much! We miss this place and people a lot, and it will always be our first choice to stay at when back in Kathmandu/Patan....
