It was very unmanaged

We entered the restaurant hoping for the best experience but it ended up to be one of the worst.

Apparently there is a timer of 90 minutes for each customer which no one told us about. We sat at our table and stated having the food on the running belt. A waiter came and told us "Tapaiko timer nai start bhako chaina, kina khanu bhako?" This particular waiter was rude the entire time.

So we started eating and honestly, nothing tasted good. Everything had too much salt in it. And when we complained about the amount of salt in the food the rude waiter said "Tapai lai kam noon khane bani bhayera hola"

They did not have a cooler or AC. It was very hot inside, not an ideal environment to eat in. When we asked for a cooler, they said they would bring it but never did inspite of asking 5 times.

Only the fruits and ice cream were good. Everything else was below average. The restaurant was understaffed and the waiters were not trained well.

Only the lady at the panipuri counter was handling the pressure well.

There were so many items in the menu that never ended up on the running belt. It was not at all how it was shown in the social media.

Since it was a running belt, we had 18 to 20 plates on our table but no one came to clean them up. Other customers were putting the used plates on the running belt and no one told them not to.

We called up around 0930am to place order for bhabubali thali, the manager was honest to inform staffs arrive at 10am and he will do his best to ready the order by 1130am. We arrived around 1120am and the staff on duty was adamant that they don’t bring out the order before 12pm. Despite the confirmation from staff, the order came only by 1215pm and we were stuck with the family. The only staff who was kind enough to address our concern was Surendra Tamang. The dessert was bad and turned out it was leftover from the previous day. The food didn’t feel fresh, could be leftover from previous day as well. It’s so disheartening to see such big establishments fail on basic services and quality. This will be my last time to...
