Het Tuinhuis — Restaurant in Aalsmeer

We visited Het Tuinhuis in Aalsmeer on a winter day, blessed with lovely sunshine that made the waterside setting feel extra magical. The ambiance inside was just as inviting—warm, relaxed, and full of charm.

Place looked nice but inside was cold, staff not friendly at all...after we had late breakfast and they almost didnt want to take our order at 11.20 (for breakfast till 11.30), one staff came to aak us if we ant to change our corner table for a high table cause we werent having food (we were finished by then)...good menu for dutch standard but staff doesnt know whats inside of dishes and only come to interfere and aak you to order more (in less than 2 hours we ordered 2 drinks each and one breakfast plate and they were still...

Loved the Ambiance and space, very bright, cozy, and rustic. Great place to brunch, lunch, or just have high tea with a girlfriend as well as very friendly service. I only found the main portions of the meal a tad small (smashed avacado toast came with only one egg and one toast for €12 but it comes with many sides of granola & yogurt and glass of fresh OJ that helps!)
