Baba’s Kitchen — Restaurant in Almere

I got a take-away from this place.

First of all, the packaging is neatly done. However some of the food wasn’t that spectacular.

I got chicken wings. I never read the description so the taste was completely different from what I expected. It was a tasty surprise. Would I get them again? Only if in the mood for a little adventure.

Then I went for the papadums… what a disappointment. They weren’t crispy at all and the mint sauce tasted like someone had poured a whole bottle of artificial flavour in it. A complete and utter disaster. Never again.

We’ll also got some garlic naan. Good lord, it was super chewy and didn’t taste like garlic at all. In my opinion it was a waste of money.

The rice and butter chicken we ordered were tasty though shadowed by the bread and papadums.

Service was good.

I’d order again from here only if the papadums and naan bread...
