Döner Town — Restaurant in Almere

I have been eating here from the time when this shop started. They were used to put a handful quantity of vlees in the broodje and kapsalon but from last 2-3 months, they have started to put extremely less vlees in the broodje as well as in the kapsalon. In the broodje, it is just bread that you eat with a very little vlees and little bit of salad. So really disappointed from last few times. I think it is the time to look for...

They have great Turkish foods and snacks. The only problem I have there is that only one person really listens to the things you want or don't want on your dish. The Lamachun is very good and the chicken Döner is nice! The only issue I have there is the different toppings or the lack of. I don't like Garlic sauce so even if you explicitly say just a tiny bit..all but one still loads the bread or Lamachun up with...

Wat een dropstaaf bestel je een schotel plus kip voor mijn vrouw. Het staat letterlijk op de Bon + Kip meneer noemt mij pannekoek want het is extra vlees.Er staat toch echt kip op de Bon.Ik.vroeg de eigenaar waar is dan de kip van mijn vrouw , Wederom was ik een pannekoek want het was extra vlees. Ik gaf aan zet dan geen + KIP op de bon maar extra kalfs / kalkoen etc op de bon Het telefoon gesprek was erg onvriendelijk gezien ik een pannekoek werd genoemd Super onvriendelijk en onbegripvol. Op de Bon staat toch echt KIP, echter geen kip te bekennen en dan ben ik als klant een pannekoek. Erg slecht. De patat was slap en koud , de sambal was zo zout dat je bijna een een acute hoge bloeddruk kreeg. Kortom ik bestel daar niet meer. Meneer moet maar eens een cursus volgen hoe je met klanten om moet gaan en geen misleidende bonnen uitdraaien en in rekening brengen.

Als je de negatieve reacties leest schuift de eigenaar alles af naar de klant, totaal geen zelfreflectie om te verbeteren alles is erg onvriendelijk en het ligt totaal niet aan...
