New York Pizza — Restaurant in Amstelveen

This was one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Miska showed up late, didn’t say a word, and handed me my pizza like it was trash. No apology, no explanation—just pure attitude. The pizza was cold and the box was crushed like someone had been sitting on it. I gave clear instructions for the delivery, and Miska ignored every single one.

What really got to me was the attitude—like I was the problem for expecting basic respect. I was actually looking forward to this meal, and Miska managed to ruin the entire experience with carelessness and zero regard for the customer.

We ordered a pizza and waited more that an hour and the status was always on time.. after and 70 mins when i call the store the team memeber responded that he is alone the store and cannot deliver the pizza for another 30 mins.. im certain the employee(team membe) would have known this outcome and my expectation is that I be informed immediately on a possible delay, I can understand logistical issues beyond the control of the employee but my expecation is that the customer be informed ahead of time 2ndly the employee did not have time to speak with me and provide me options when i called other then wait for another 30 mins.. I ordered 3 pizzas at 18:20 to be delivered 19:20-35. That’s a long time to wait but I accepted it. When the pizza had not arrived by 19:40, I called to see what was up. The guy told me that they had not even been baked. And we would not likely get them for 30 minutes. When I told him this was not very good service, he replied, “That’s not my problem.” It’s exactly your problem, numbskull! Two hours for a pizza?!
