Tele Pizza — Restaurant in Amstelveen

Ordered online at 6:15pm. Expected delivery per their email was 7:15pm. We have a concert that evening to attend and we have to leave our home at 7:45 pm.

By 7:35 pm, still no sign of pizza. We call and the driver still has not even left the restaurant. At this point, we have been waiting for almost 1.5 hours for… pizza… We explained our situation but we were met with no understanding and hostility, even though their delivery time was not met at their fault, not even close. We had to cancel the order as we had to leave. There was no understanding, no apology and they still charged us the full amount. If they cannot deliver at the expected time, why not let us know? Simple fix that would have been. Sadly, this was our family’s go-to place for ordering pizza. We will never again...

I have to say, Im a bit conflicted about this place, Ive been ordering here for years and always had a good experience with good pizza for a decent price. But last time I ordered, I didnt get my food for one hour and then the driver could not find my place even though I was trying my best to communicate with him.This was not really his fault as he didnt speak english. I reordered my order and after another eternity I got my order. But they just reheated the same pizzas from before, which were now dry beyond being recognizable as food fit for human consumption. It was truly the worst pizza experience Ive had. Won't be ordering...

For all tourists stay away from this place. very bad. the food may be cheap but is very bad. we had dinner there on the advice of the previous reviews, only those are genuinely fake. pizza was inedible. pasta was just not tasty and if we said something the owner said pay and then get out of my resturant. they had also done the beer for toilet paper because they are not allowed to sell it and it was not even cold. really really bad. for all tourists stay away from this restaurant.
