Dell Amore Pizza — Restaurant in Amsterdam

The food used to be very good, but not anymore. They are also making a lot of mistakes with the orders. Ijust orders two durums, one bing and one small.. the big one without cumcumber and they sent both small, exacly same size, i could count the chicken inside and both with cumcumbers. It also happened to have mistakes with pizzas, oorlog fries with almost no sauce and one time I called to order and they didn't want to deliver because it didn't reach the maximum to order but I wanted to pay for the delivery cost (what is deducted if you reach an maximum) and the person on the phone asked to the delivers if someone wanted to bring and they said no, while I was on the phone. Del Amore wouldn't be the fancy restro kind but it definitely serves much better pizzas than the fancy places. We tried a lot of variations of pizzas like vegetarian and chicken topped ones. There was a chilly chicken pizza which was actually spicy with not the usual spice levels. The pizzas were fresh with loads of melted chesse and the crust was well cooked. Het eten is meestal prima tot goed (kan weleens verschillen). Helaas heb ik opgemerkt dat via de website mij werd verplicht te betalen voor een plastic tas ivm nieuwe wetgeving. Geen probleem is niet anders. ECHTER kreeg ik de bestelling in een papieren tas. Top maar wel dus betaald voor iets wat niet klopt. Ik heb ze opgebeld met als opmerking dat dat misschien veranderd moest worden op de website. Logisch toch? Ik vroeg niet eens om het teruggestuurd te krijgen wat ik had betaald. Puur dat het wel hoort aangepast te worden. Helaas... de meneer aan de telefoon had als reactie 'oke mevrouw, ik zal volgende keer uw patat in een plastic tas sturen zodat je slappe patat krijgt'. Ten eerste ging het niet om het zakje waar mijn patat in ging en dat heb ik meerdere keren geprobeerd uit te leggen maar het ging er niet in. Ten tweede was dat niet mijn punt. Mijn opmerking waar puur een verbetering punt op de website. Jammer dat ik dan met zo'n reactie te maken krijg. Vandaar een...
