It was 12:00 when I decided for some reason to try Thuisbezorgd instead of uber eats and boy that was a mistake. I ordered and so far so good, the food looked good in the picture and there were good reviews. I didn’t like the idea that I have to spend 30 euros to get my order delivered (I’m one person, why not charge a delivery fee?) but I ordered anyways and added fries which I paid 4,50 so I would reach the 30 euros . I get my order and of course it’s missing the fries, no problem, it happens sometimes . So I called the restaurant only to received the worst customer service possible. The person who answer said he did indeed put the fries in and there’s no way he didn’t put the fries because that’s his job, he is clearly not doing a good one. Seriously where is my order. Someone has stolen it, isn't there a name or code I have to give to prove I brought it? Or perhaps the driver has pinched it I don't know
