The plates for the burger menus are too small. The are ridiculously small, for the huge portion of fries and pretty big burger, and a bowl of sauce. It would be handier to offer a bigger plate, so the customer doesn't have to spill the sauce and leave a mess with half of the food on the table... Very important to add some logic to this matter ( portion - size of the plate RELATIONSHIP :). The service : once I came and was greeted in a friendly manner by a smiley face, but most of the time it is an old gentleman with a dead serious face expression, serving without any enthusiasm. Just crack a smile for the people... it doesn't cost anything. Overall positive experience, BUT : If the name of the cafe is KWALITARIA, then offer more quality : smile, some customer friendly flexibility, right size of the plate ( following logic and common sense) and make a customer feel welcomed so they can return ! Additionally - make the burgers look the same as they look on the picture - the same amount of mozarella, not less, etc,...

Sunday 16th October 2022. 2 friendly men, clean shop Order the basic hamburger take-away. €3,95. Eat outside, plastic chairs. The sesame bread is not roasted / not heated up nor given substance, The burger will soon slide down between the two separeted sandwich parts, while holding, squeeze and stuffing. No tissue included (self service) to wipe the mess afterwards. Guess the Sesame bread came straight out of the bulk delivered last friday, kind of dry. Fortunately, the wrapping paper prevents the remains of the burger landing on your shirt. 1 slice cucumber some salad and mayo, minimal. Can’t remember a tomato slice. Disappointing. Used to be a Great place to recover with this...

It’s reliably fresh and quality for fast food. Way better than FEBO. The staff who work here are always friendly and approachable. Everything is made to order and the packaging is sustainable. I am always pleased. The atmosphere in the evening is kind of off putting though. It is nice that they have a Terras to enjoy the weather...
