I used to love this place. But the food has been declining for years now. Speed, food quality, and pricing are a challenge.
Our server took over ten minutes to bring us menus, and another ten to bring over food. Had to get them multiple times just to get our kids fed. Other tables seated after us were served food before us which is a parent's worst nightmare with hungry kids.
Then, when our food came, it felt super lazy: fried chicken wasn't de-boned, my salad had the lettuce core left in, and although we wanted to order one of the menu items we couldn't.
We would have ordered three hamburgers together, but couldn't because they had to be ordered within a menu and for €29 each. There's an amazing burger restaurant a few blocks away, and for half the price we could have enjoyed what we wanted. Thirty euros for a burger and a grilled pineapple feels extortionate.
Sorry, Felix. I love you but your restaurant is a pub. Build a menu like that and you might see your sales go up. But unfortunately we won't be...

An hour later from our entrance they tell us that food might take longer! 15 to 20 min extra time. Basically they decided to ask us what we want to eat as last when we where among the first.
