Mein Partner und ich waren für einen Kurzurlaub in Apeldoorn. Innerhalb von 4 Tagen waren wir zwei Mal vor Ort und haben uns Sushi mitgenommen. Ich als Vegetarierin bin voll auf meine Kosten gekommen: Tolle, geschmackvolle Varianten mit knackigen Zutaten, welche ich bei anderen Anbietern so noch nicht verspeisen durfte. Und wirklich sehr lecker! Zum Vergleich waren wir in Apeldoorn in einem -hier auf Google- sehr viel besser bewerteten Lokal, welches bei uns beiden vom Sushi her eindeutig durchfiel. Daher sind wir bei "I love Sushi" ein zweites Mal gelandet. Der Mitarbeiter war wirklich freundlich und hat trotz vollem Haus unsere Bestellung rasch bearbeiten können. Er machte uns und auch andere Kunden auf Vorteilsbestellungen/ Rabatte/ Aktionen aufmerksam. Sojasauce wurde sehr großzügig mitgegeben. Außerdem hat der Mitarbeiter uns beim zweiten Besuch noch mehr Sushi als eigentlich bestellt kostenfrei hinzugegeben - und uns dies auch mitgeteilt. Es war also kein Versehen. Das habe ich so auch noch nicht erleben dürfen. Ein einziger Hinweis: Wir konnten nicht mit Karte zahlen. Wir hätten uns die Mitteilung dessen vor Bestellung gewünscht.

We hebben vanavond eten besteld. Ik snap dat het met Sushi langer kan duren, maar ruim een uur gewacht toen we een melding kregen dat het onderweg was. Vervolgens gebeld en kregen we te horen dat het met ongeveer 5 tot 10 minuten moest komen. Uiteindelijk inderdaad 10 minuten later. Kip ijskoud, garnaal ijskoud. Het valt uitelkaar en er is amper smaak. Dus voor ons is het de volgende keer geen I Love Sushi..

Om 18:25 een bestelling geplaatst, 19:20 gebeld om te vragen hoe lang het ongeveer nog zal duren, meneer verteld ons dat de bezorger onderweg is en het niet lang meer zal duren. Om 19:55 weer gebeld omdat onze bestelling er helaas nog niet was, weer kregen wij het zelfde antwoord dat de bezorger onderweg was en het niet lang meer zou moeten duren. Meneer bied ons €10 korting voor onze volgende bestelling wat heel schappelijk is en wij wachten weer geduldig. Ondertussen was het 20:30 en hadden wij onze bestelling nog niet en bellen wederom weer. Meneer zegt dat het nu elk moment geleverd kan worden. Om 20:45 kwam daar eindelijk onze bestelling. Helaas ontbreekt er sushi, soya saus en stokjes aan de bestelling. Als ik bel naar het restaurant zegt meneer ons niet te geloven en vraagt aan ons wat wij van hem verwachten, wij geven aan dat wij onze sushi en soya saus willen. Meneer geeft aan dat ze alleen de stokjes en soya saus over een uur pas kunnen bezorgen, hier zijn we niet mee akkoord gegaan. Erg jammer...
