Pure Roasted — Restaurant in Arnhem

After today's interaction with the barista I am dropping the review to 2 stars. Not 1 star because the owner himself gives good service.

I shared with the barista that their new banana bread doesn't taste that good, why & I suggested that if they notice a lack of sales with this vegan bananabread that they can try their hand at this very good bakery in the city centre that I know has vegan friendly options that taste great.

I rather give negative constructive feedback in person than in a review because it affects the business but I really found her response to be rude and unprofessional.

Her response was as follows: 'We are not going back to the previous person that made the previous version of the bananabread' & 'you are the only customer with this complaint' & 'we are not changing the bananabread specially for you'.

As a customer when and if I give constructive feedback it is so that the business can thrive.

They dont't have to use the feedback if it does not fit their goals but atleast respond with: 'Thank you for sharing your thoughts', 'I will make sure to discuss this with my boss' & 'We will take it into consideration'. This way you respond professionally and don't lose a loyal...

Ik had hier een paar kleine zoetigheden gehad en een niet zoete Chai latte. Desondanks dat het niet zoet was, was die lekker. En de zoetigheden waren interessant.
