The service/staff at Bina was accurately described by our kids (10 & 7 years old)—“delicate, careful, precise and focused”. That intentional approach made for an awesome experience start to finish. We were staying at the resort and on a lark were able to get a 6pm table without a reservation—I imagine likely not always doable as the restaurant was pretty much full by 730. Staff were super knowledgeable about everything we ate and were accommodating for the kids (pasta with shrimp made upon request, small tastings with ours and delicious ice cream and sorbet for desert). Our 5 course tasting menu with wine pairing was well thought out, unique, carefully prepared and delicious. The added small tastings around the courses made it even more enjoyable. Fresh Tuna entree was a standout favorite. Cost was reasonable considering the amount of food and wine served. While our meal ultimately lasted a leisurely 4 hours—which we were happy to have considering the more than ample portions of food and wine—the 5 course meal would not likely be a great option for families with kids (ours fortunately were happily entertained by building things and playing on the nearby beach ). I imagine the meal would be more expeditious if one were to order off the à la carte menu and if restaurant weren’t also simultaneously serving a large party of 20 people–impressive unto itself. Come for the sunset, stay for the delicious food and impeccable service. Highly recommended.

Perfect five on this amazing island. Is it expensive? Yes. Is it worth it? Absolutely yes! Excellent service provided by Julian and Ron who were super attentive right from the time we stepped in at our reserved time. The restaurant was moderately busy with noise levels on the lower level and experience enriched by the sea waves at the pleasant beach right in front of it. We stuck to Ron's recommendations and tried Hamachi, The Grand Duck, and Dry Aged Yellowfin Tuna & Wagyu. All dishes were packed with flavor and we had a wonderful experience all throughout. Highly recommend this place for guests staying at Chogogo as well as locals who want to enjoy next level dining experience!

Honestly this restaurant is the definition of perfection. It's definitely not cheap but everything was incredible from the atmosphere and locations to the service and the food. If you want to go to a fancier dinner, I cannot recommend Bina enough. I was served by Nikki and a gentleman who's name I've forgotten which I feel terrible about because he also deserves recognition. They catered and three course menu to my personal preferences and it was a very cool experience. The food was fresh, perfectly cooked and looked more like art than food. Again, not enough positive things to say about this restaurant other than it was quite expensive.

Tucked away in the heart of Bonaire, Biña Restaurant delivers an extraordinary fine dining experience that deserves nothing less than a Michelin star. From the moment you step inside, the intimate ambiance and impeccable service set the stage for an unforgettable culinary journey.

Each dish at Biña is a masterpiece of technique, creativity, and presentation. The plating alone is a testament to the chef’s artistry, each course is a balance of textures, flavors, and colors that rival the best Michelin-awarded establishments.

The dishes are not just meals; they are works of art. Every bite is a symphony of umami, nutty crunch, and deep flavors, elevated by a masterfully executed sauce.

The experience wouldn’t be complete without their stunning dessert, a refined balance of creamy, and crunchy elements, all beautifully plated on a dark, modern dish that enhances the vibrant colors of the sweet finale.

Biña is more than a restaurant, it’s a gastronomic destination that redefines fine dining in the Caribbean. With innovative techniques, world-class presentation, and flavors that linger long after the last bite.

If you’re in Bonaire and looking for a world-class dining experience, Bina is the place to be. This is fine dining at its peak, a restaurant worthy of...

My husband and I dined here on our first night at Chogogo resort. Indeed the ambience and the service are excellent but we both thought that there's room for improvement in relation to the menu. We had the 4 courses chef's menu which started with a nice amuse and a house made ravioli with a very tasty mushroom sauce, continued with a fresh tuna dish and ended with a dessert we both questioned. It appeared to be triggering a 'love it or hate' reaction to customers which was ok for us because this level of cuisine includes experimentation. What wasn't ok was that although we were asked for food allergies or ingredients we don't like, one of the two items my husband requested to not be on his plate, was included in quantity on our main course. That in combination with the dessert spoiled the...
