The meals were good, very few vega options (1). The atmosphere was nice too. Kom al jaren met enige regelmaat in Joure als onderdeel van een dagtripje.

Zomaar, danwel vanwege een festival of wat ook, zoals bv de 'Boerebrulloft'. Perfekte dag gehad. Vooral de harddraverij op ongezadelde paarden spreekt mij op die dag zeer aan.

Maar nu...."Bistro Fred" op het Douwe Egbertsplein. Mijn favoriete lunchadres. Ideaal als rust- of startpunt of wat ook. Gunstig gelegen. Heerlijk terras, aangename, sfeervolle inrichting binnen. Alles schoon, uitstekend en schoon sanitair, prettige en snelle bediening, uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding etc.

Kortom....als je in Joure bent, of het ligt op je route, is dit zeker een adres om naar toe te gaan. Gewoon eens doen! Je komt er daarna zeker weer!!! Ik in ieder geval wel!
