Nice location along the canal with cozy outdoor seating. Prompt and friendly wait staff. Good menu selection, though food itself was a bit disappointing. My partner ordered chicken sate sandwich which looked to me like it could really use more sate sauce, and some of the chicken was burned. My order was ALMOST accurate: ordered the “broodtje hamburger” but received the Centrum burger which is the same except has a fried egg on it. Zoals de naam al zegt is dit cafe restaurant dus gevestigd in het centrum van Lemmer. Fijn om er bij het raam te zitten met een view op het kanaal en het historisch centrum van Lemmer. We waren er voor lunch, het was er vrij rustig, maar goed het is een frisse dag in januari. Ook dan is Lemmer een bezoek waard. Ik had er een uitsmijter en een pils van de tap. De bediening was vlot. Leuk om weer eens wat Frysk te praten, het is er -noflik- de ober deed mee, al noemde hij het dorp Sleat op zijn Hollands -Sloten- dus. Enfin, het is in cafe restaurant Centrum prima vertoeven.
