A lovely tucked away gem in a pictoresque village, the moment u walk in you feel the welcoming and warm vibe. The hosts are friendly and knowledgeable and the food was a delight with some very surprising but delishish combinations, for a 7 course experience some of the dishes were a bit on the large size so the cheese platter option we declined, but whose nitpicking about generous portions..... Definitely an experience to be repeated, thnx for a great evening 😃

We had an amazing dinner experience at 't Bakkershuys. The food was delicious and the team extremely friendly. We went for the first time with a discount voucher, but we didn’t notice it at all in the service or quality of the experience. We most definitely will be back. Hartelijk dank!!!

Une expérience inoubliable ! Si l'extérieur ne dévoile rien du délice que vous vous apprêtez à vivre, le personnel et l'ambiance intimiste de la salle vous donnent un avant-goût. Les tables sont agréablement placées. Ma compagne et moi avons choisi le menu surprise. Nous avons dégusté 2 petits amuses bouches très agreables avant l'arrivée des plats. Chacun d'entre eux fut un vrai délice pour le palais. Les saveurs et leur enchaînement sont habilement réfléchis. Je suis ressorti aussi zen et détendu qu'après un massage dans un spa. Mon seul regret a été que le repas soit terminé ! Ce n'est pas à la portée de toutes les bourses, mais l'expérience vaut largement le prix.

The food was great but the service was absolutely horrible. First we got 1 menu card for a table of 5 and none of the waiters was even looking at us when passing by so that we could ask them for more. We got there at 18:30 and got our first food on the table at 20:15. No matter how busy such a small restaurant can be this is unacceptable! When I asked the status of our order to the waitress with short whitish hair and big glasses and asked if the kid of 10 years old at our table could have her food urgently because she was very hungry by that time, the waitress started making excuses of how busy they were and how we should be patient instead of apologizing for the wait of over an hour and just bring the kids’ food. What a wasted money and unpleasant experience. Will not...

1e Paasdag, bij ons thuis komen koken. Geweldig had alles bij zich en in zijn eentje werd het ene na het andere gerecht gekookt en geserveerd. Begeleid door prima uitgezochte wijnen. Tot in de puntjes verzorgd en geweldig qua combinaties, opmaak en smaak. Gewoonweg TOP !

2e Paasdag afhaal eten, asperge soep en asperges met beenham. Soep was goed van smaak echter te dun en iets te zout, had er meer van verwacht. Met een paar extra toevoegingen had er meer van gemaakt kunnen worden. De asperges met beenham was verrassend qua samenstelling, geheel anders dan je verwacht. Heerlijk mals vlees, echter apart gekruid met jus, prima asperges, echter niet te veel, wel veeeeel aardappelen. Eigenlijk een bijzondere combinatie waar moeilijk van te zeggen valt heerlijk, lekker of gewoon apart. Echter voor misschien een paar euro meer, wat meer asperges en minder piepers.
