Where to start ? We were really excited to try new sushi place in Dordrecht. We went for "all you can eat menu" where is 8 rounds of 5 items per each person included. We were enjoying the food and after second round we got full. When we told our waiter she can clean our table because we are not able to eat more she did it and when she came back for few more plates then other staff lady came to our table. However she didn’t talk to us directly but to her colleague thinking we can´t understand Dutch and that is really unprofessional and rude on a first place! Than our waiter walk away and came back in a moment telling us that the manager want us to pay extra for the pieces which we haven´t ate. When I said how is it possible when we are paying for 8 rounds of food and we ordered only 2 rounds how we can be charged on top of something we already paid and even didn’t get it. (Its ok to pay for all the 8 rounds because it’s concept of the menu but how u can charge someone on few bites which they didn’t finish!!! ) So our waiter (sweet lady) went to talk to her " manager " saying that she will explain to her what we just said and if something the "manager" will come to our table. In two minutes the poor lady was back to us and had to deal with something what real manager should deal with. Instead the "manager " was HIDING her self in back and let her staff to deal with this ridiculous situation!! NEVER came to our table to explain !! Just imagine you are in any other restaurant , PAY for 8 plates of pasta and you order only 2 of them(the 6 left haven´t been made ) finish only 1,5 plate and you will pay for 8 plates and on top of it you will have to pay the 0,5 plate of pasta you weren´t able to finish !!! I still cannot believe what happened !! Never again !!!! Not because of the food, not because of the staff but only because of the ridiculous and cowardly...

We booked for 5 and strictly followed the many rules stated in the website and carte for the "all you gan eat" menu.

Bad surprise when it was time to pay the bill: we found out that, beside the drinks (which are excluded everywhere for the fixed menus) several other courses, which were charged in full. Asked for clarifications, the explanation was that the items with prices were not included in the menu. Period, no space to discuss. Asked why it wasn't clearly stated in between the rules, no explanation whatsoever!!!??? We just thought the prices were applicable to whom wanted to order single courses rather than fixed menu, as it is always happening in all the other restaurants. Therefore the real "all you can eat" menu is quite reduced.

Sushi is one of my guilty pleasures. I usually go to traditional sushi restaurants, but also sometimes buffets. So I tried a lot of them, in different countries. I'm usually quite wary of online reviews, as buffet goers don't usually expect the same quality. However, this restaurant really went above and beyond. The service was excellent, quick and really nice - even though my Dutch was bad. The quality of all the ingredients is also great - the fish is fresh and delicious, all the vegetables were ripe.
