McDonald's Duiven — Restaurant in Duiven

I ordered a Vegi homestyle chicken burger meal. After taking a bit from the burger I was concerned that I had been give a real chicken burger so I took it to the counter and questioned the manager. He assured me it was indeed the Vegiterian option i had ordered. After taking another bite I took it back again as I was now 100%sure it was real chicken. The counter staff threw it quickly away and gave me a new one and told me again the old was was fine. So I made them take it out the bin and showed them side by side the comparison, this is when they finally admitted it was real chicken!! They made me feel like an idiot and even the manager had little to say. There was no offer of my money back so I had to ask for a refund in which they only refunded the burger it self. Not the meal. I am truly disgusted in the way I was treated and the way they tried to cover up there mistake. I dont eat meat as a choice and I feel like that rite was taken away from me today at McDonalds...

Dog access is allowed without restriction!!! I complained about 1 person with 4 dogs and surprise: they are allowed with no mouth protection. Small kids and adults are in danger, not to mention the smell, hair, barks and all the "menu". There was an open zone outside with tables but no, the dog wants to sit on the couch!!! They are not even cleaning the floor and the couches after that. If my kids were climbing on the table for sure I will be at least admonested verbally but a dog is allowed to sniff my pants when I'm eating a burger and put its paws on my table. So grose! Will ever some dog people understand that are some other people that do not share their "vision"? There were a lot of dog owners with dogs outside understanding a basic principles: a dog is still an animal that some other people do not feel comfortable sharing same square meter. This McDonalds staf is to blame for not taking action! I will never again visit this place. Makes me pukes just...

My boyfriend and I have visited this particular McDonalds a few times. While the staff and restaurant itself are alright, the food leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the price you pay. Often our food came lukewarm or cold. The chicken was undercooked and the cheese on the burgers hadn’t even melted. The fries were average.

Today we ordered 2 milkshakes and they took quite a while to come. When we went to the counter to ask, the guy serving us came out with the milkshakes. They had apparently just been forgotten about? And we received 2 mostly watery, melted vanilla shakes, that we had paid 8 euros for.

Overall, just a slightly below average McDonalds. The staff is good and polite though, no...
