Happy Thai Corner — Restaurant in Ede

This is a takeout only and god I wish we had eat in option, we had gone in and thought of eating in but had to reform to takeaway. Now coming to the dishes, it was a while, we had to go to our place and try it and we all know how Netherlands cold is. I was in love to just put it shortly. I loved the dishes and loved the hot food during the cold temp. I’ve eaten Thai dishes from a lot of places but this will top everything. I had duck with rice and thank god the duck was not too saucy. Not too sweet not too adding on to the flavour. It was the perfect combo of sweet and spicy sauce.

I get that they had to downplay the spice as default for the Dutch people. They put spice in mine because I had asked. They were very understanding and the lady was too energetic 😂. Loved every moment from ordering to eating. One...

Tja, als je eten echt heerlijk was, dan mag dat benoemen! Wij zitten op een vakantiepark in Lunteren en kwamen dankzij Google bij dit restaurant. We hadden loempia s, viskoekjes, Kaeng massaman kai en Laab kai.

Laab kai staat bij de bijgerechten, maar is gewoon een hoofdgerecht. Kipgehakt met kruiden. Ik raad het aan.

Kaeng massaman kai. Is een kipgerecht met aardappen in een kruidige curry. Deze was verassend met zoete aardappel. Echt heerlijk.

De rest spreekt voor zich, maar ook top.

De bezorger was netjes op tijd en het eten was nog prima op temperatuur.

Ik zou hier meteen weer bestellen. Het eten was echt heerlijk!

Ps. We hebben 2 dagen later wederom hier besteld. De eerste keer was echt geen toevalstreffer. Wederom was het eten uitmuntend. We hadden een aantal andere gerechten van de kaart genomen, die allemaal top waren. Complimenten...
