HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE TREATMENT: I love kunafa. It’s one of my favorite deserts to get. I’ve visited this shop around 2 times. The first time the service was alright though we did have to wait for someone to show up in the front of the shop to take our order. The second time around we gave our order after waiting a considerable amount of time for the person managing the front desk to show up. We placed an order for dine in kunafa with ice cream. After ten minutes we see a lady packing our order and have to repeatedly tell her that we requested dine in service. After which she places that now slightly cooled kunafa and ice cream and serves it to us. And because I’ve had kunafa with ice cream before when the dessert is properly heated the ice cream immediately starts melting. This didn’t happen with our dessert. We requested it be reheated. When we said that and handed in our plate back the women managing the front area starts loudly shouting in Turkish and I can hear another helper trying to calm her down. And even though I don’t understand Turkish it was easy to see her anger through her words. I finished my dessert when it came back as soon as possible and left. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND...

The staff treats visitors in a very wrong way. ☹️The first time we went in for coffee with baklava - it wasn't coffee, it was slop - when we complained that we wanted Turkish coffee, we were told - it's lungo! Has anyone ever expected anything other than Turkish coffee in a Turkish restaurant!? Yesterday we ordered breakfast - one for two and coffee. The coffee was perfect, everything else was very strange - we waited a long time... they brought breakfast, but forgot to bring the omelette - having almost finished breakfast, we asked the waiter where the rest was!? He was very surprised by our question - that is, they forgot about us completely. We also had to ask for bread and sugar, although when ordering we specified that the coffee had sugar, and bread was served in any case. We gave it a chance... but we will not go there again! If you do not want to spoil your impression of the city of Eindhoven, you should not...

Food is ok as a durum from your local Turkish takeway is cheaper and tastier. Service is rather slow and we had to wait a long time to be seated as there are not enough tables and chairs for the vast amount of space in the restaurant. Management could easily utilise the space more efficiently. Also, we had to pay the bill at the counter and I had to tell the waitress what I ordered. I wanted to tip her but she refused and mentioned that this was not done but then later I discovered that she had overcharged me by a few euros worthy of the tip.
