Let's start with the concept, in theory, a great idea. A fish restaurant where you can pick and choose your fresh prepared seafood.

The execution however is a total failure.

STAFF No host/hostess greets you when entering. No sign explains how the concept works. I even saw a couple of guests that sat down for 20 minutes before realizing it was "self" service.

The staff was in chaos, with a couple of 14 to 16-year-old boys waiting tables that had no clue what they were doing.

After ordering the food, there was no table available, no one is coordinating the seating area, when finally, a table freed up we waited 20 minutes before the table was set and cleaned.

When served, the waiter brought our plate but no cutlery. They ran out of fresh mint thee but forgot to mention it to us Great, let's hope and pray the food is good.

FOOD The fish is not as fresh as they pretend and not well cleaned, I had a few scales on mine, and believe me the sensation of eating scales is not a pleasant one. When frying fish it's important to renew the oil every few hours as the oil takes on the flavor of what you fry in it. They use starch to fry the fish which tend to leave a lot of little particles. They did not change the oil in time, which left the fish with a weird aftertaste.

I'm not a fan of this place, to add insult to injury the ladies' room ran out of toilet paper and I had to use napkins.

I don't think I will be coming back to this...

First of all, they messed up our order. The behavior of the waiters are really strange and rude. Secondly, my daughter was playing with another child from other guest we don’t know them. Suddenly a lady came when are almost done with our food and very rudely told us that my daughter playing inside the restaurant is bothering them, it’s making the atmosphere bad. We were so stunned by her rudeness and immediately after that one of the waiters came to us so that we refrain our daughter from playing inside with the other child. Service, food behavior all bad ! Never...

The restaurant had a lovely ambiance. However, it was slightly confusing as the prices were not displayed. When I inquired about the pricing, I was informed that payment would be made after the meal. So I ordered and ate and ate without knowing how much it would cost !

The cost for one kilogram is 30 euros, while a salad costs 6 euros and fries cost 4 euros.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although the taste of the food was not particularly exceptional. Nevertheless, I believe it is worth trying...
