We had food here but it was very bad. My ribs came out dry and no flavour and my friend's steak was the size of a tiny ball and the plate was filled with almost raw beans and onions. The good thing is that we were given a free shot each. Won't be returning. The prices are abhorrent for the portion you get. Edit: Sorry replying to me with you won't serve me is not something I am afraid of. But my ribs were dry and I never asked for the sauce on the side. We were 3 girls and saying you and your friend is the 1st mistake you made. It was for 2 appetisers, two mains and few drinks. Know who you serve before making things up. I know how to make ribs myself and could teach the chef too if he liked. And my bill was 111+6.50 euros after you deducted her meal and in no way did she walk away to have a smoke because she was sat there with us disappointed. I have had a surf and turf before and telling me that a steak comes tiny because you served a prawn is weird. And undermining my bill too, because I have proof. Please never undermine your customer the next time we have a complaint. I gave an honest opinion and meant every word I said. Twisting my words to start a fight or look cool is weird. None of us were even remotely drunk. Two whiskeys wouldn't get me drunk even if I wanted to. If you think women drinking two shots of drinks would get them drunk is very weird. Read moreSometimes the first impression is important. I went to meet someone at a certain time. when I reached they were trying to sort out the electricity that went off. After a 21 minute walk to the place, I was told to wait outside for half an hour while they sorted it out. Things like this happens so I understand, but the customer service of the man was not welcoming. No "sorry for the inconvenience" and short dry answers. I can understand it was probably a stressful situation but it could have been handled properly. After five minutes I was gone. They won't be seeing me again. They probably won't care either, but customer service is very important for recurring visits and recommendations. After reading how they respond to negative reviews, I'm convinced they really know nothing about customer service. This place gets a big no for me.
Edit: I hope those who read the business response understood exactly what I meant. The person says more than needed, giving examples of other scenarios not relevant to my review and dismisses my experience. Oh and do your self a favour and read the responses to the negative review.
