Lundi — Restaurant in Eindhoven

We were regular visitors to this restaurant but not anymore. I visited with friends of mine that were visiting us from abroad. While we were eating a mouse ran out into the restaurant running along the floor. When 4 personel tried to catch it the mouse ran over the plates that were stacked under the food. Eventually they killed it by stamping on it and pick ed it up with their hands. My friends were hysterical as they are afraid of Mice. No body came to speak to us. I asked to speak with the manager. I was told she was too busy. When i asked where she was she was hiding. When i sspoke with her i got no apology or explanation. She only offered the money for our last half hour back. I told i was not happy with this or her reaction. She rang her manager who offered us a gift voucher. I said no and made and appointment with her for the 3 days later. When i came back to speak with the manager she said that this can happen and maybe it got lost from it's family. She was very relaxed about the situation. She had taken no action to Ensure that the Rodent probleem was resolved. She eventually gave my money back. I will never eat here again. We were left sick by their relaxed attitude to the situation left me feeling what else goes on...

Our son wanted to come here for his birthday, and none of us were dissapointed. It was surprisingly good. Very clean, nice staff, lots of varities, helpful and service minded staff and fresh food. The staff is very helpful with allergies and different food restrictions which is very good. They also let the chefs know. The food choices are very good. Lots of different vegetables, meat, fish and seafood. Wok and grill. Ready dishes, fingerfood, cold and warm tapas. Even though it can be busy, we never experience chaos in there. Plates, glasses etc are removed relatively fast. The black coffee there is also very good, and the coffee machine has good choices. Fresh orange juice is also availble, slush, juices and sodas. Alcohol if you want. I like how they also have fresh fruit, berries and even another dessert choice which is not full of sugar. There is absolutely something for everone there. Give it a try, its a good choice. We will keep going back unless...
