New York Pizza Eindhoven — Restaurant in Eindhoven

I went here yesterday with my husband and little one to get pizzas to take back to our hotel. Well, what can I say? We had a great experience from start to finish. A young man called Mika was serving us and was also preparing our 2 pizzas. He was so friendly and made us all feel very welcome. While waiting for our food to be cooked, two other staff members had returned from their delivery, and one of those young men had given our little 3 year old girl a toy as a present that was such surprise and lovely gesture. This had put a huge smile into my daughters face. Thank you for this great service. Pizzas were delicious, and if we ever return to Eindhoven again, we would want to get our pizzas from you. Absolute pathetic customer service. They deliver my order partially after 2 hours, the pizza was as cold as ice and missing the other part of my order and when I called to complain, they lie and promised me to deliver my missing order as soon as possible and also took my Iban for voucher/refund for poor service which never happens as they just play with customer and lie. I have contacted customer service for weeks and nothing happened and they just ask me to wait 😅 This company should be ashamed of itself and how it treat it customers. Ontzettend karig belegde pizza. Een 5 euro Albert Heijn verse pizza heeft meer toppings dan deze pizza, die 4 keer zo duur was.

Cold pizza after 5 minutes after picking it up and very few toppings. One of those pizza's you have to warm up at home. I looked at the toppings I ordered and I couldn't find most of them. Every slice had one pepperoni, one bit of onion, one etc on it. With NY Pizza and Domino's you have to be lucky for the pizza maker to be good. The quality of pizza is really inconsistent.
