Mr. Kebab — Restaurant in Eindhoven

The delivery is absolutely irresponsible, I ordered a lot from this restaurant,i was always flexible with their delivery times as they were pretty late/early at times because it happens some times, but the last order it came much sooner (15 minutes instead of the 35 minutes that was mentioned) and wasnt available when they showed up, asked them to leave it at front door, 3 minutes later i checked and it was not there, not sure if the restaurant is at fault here or if the driver had ideas, or if someone was actually watching the house to steal a food order in under 3 minutes (which is very unlikely). Whatever the reason it was pretty inconvinient for me and the guests that were waiting, wont order from the restauarant anymore.

Very disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Mr. Kebab. The delivery driver went to the wrong address and, despite me clearly explaining the correct location over the phone, he refused to come to the right place. I had to walk five minutes in the rain to retrieve my order. On top of that, the driver was rude, and when I called the restaurant to report the issue, the owner was dismissive and unhelpful. Sadly, this wasn’t an isolated incident — it’s the second time this has happened. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority. I won’t be ordering from Mr....

BEWARE! I ordered food from Deliveroo, the deliver person would not come to the 22nd floor of my building, and I could not come down because of Corona. They said I refused the food. Who orders food and then refuses? Delverroo sided with them and would not give a refund. Theft! I called the restaurant and was scolded! Screamed at! Never in my life have I had such happen to me!

Luckily, I paid with a credit card and performed an instant charge-back. I can't imagine they will be in business long with such...
