Very worst experience, and it happened on two different occasion with this same store. Customer service is even pathetic and really don’t know what does customer service actually mean. I had ordered pizza for my family on Sunday evening around 6:30-7pm. However website just shows order received at store. We never got order delivered and when I called store frustrated after 2 hours, no one answers the call. No point in complaining customer service and they will not refund amount! I do not know how they are running this business so far, stay away from this local store particularly!

Op zondag 8 juni om 20:44 uur een pizza besteld bij NYP. Om 21:05 uur kreeg ik de melding dat het bezorgd was, maar was niet zo. Ik wachtte nog even en na 15 minuten toch gebeld naar het nummer op de website 040 303 46 95, ze namen niet op of legde de telefoon ergens neer want hoorde ze praten, lachen en zelfs boos schelden! Tot 22:30 uur blijven bellen (27 keer... echt serieus!!!) totdat ik als laatste hoorde dat het filiaal gesloten was. Vandaag weer meerdere keren gebeld en ook nu namen ze niet op. Vanavond er naartoe gefiets, toko was gesloten en hoorde buiten de telefoon steeds overgaan. De buurman die buiten stond vertelde dat ze vaak dicht waren op tijden/dagen dat ze wel gewoon open moesten zijn. Mij zijn ze in elk geval voor altijd kwijt als klant!

Mein Freund und ich waren gestern dort zum Pizza essen. Er nahm eine 4 Käse Pizza und ich eine glutenfreie Pizza. Die Bestellung war in unter 10 Minuten fertig, geschmacklich ganz gut aber hatten schon bessere Pizzen, auf Extrawünsche wurde eingegangen. Der Laden ist klein und dort kann man nicht sitzen. Die glutenfreie Pizza kommt aus dem Gefrierschrank mit einer Tüte, jedoch würde ich denen, die eine Zöliakie Erkrankung haben nicht empfehlen dort zu essen, da die Mitarbeiter dort den gleichen Tomatenlöffel nehmen wie für die anderen Pizzen, den gleichen Ofen und auch den gleichen Pfannenwender, wodurch die glutenfreie Pizza kontaminiert wurde.

This location basically stole my money and never delivered my pizza. I called and called and no response, almost like they didn't even have the phone connected. Never ordering from here again.

Edit: They definitely stole my money. Today, half an hour after they were supposed to open, I showed up to the 'Willemstraat 58E' location and they WERE CLOSED. It's taking everything in me not to use vulgar and colorful language right now.

NEVER ORDER FROM NEW YORK PIZZA. Don't give them your money because they are more than happy to just steal it.

As soon as I get an email back from their customer service, I will be cancelling everything to do with them.

Whoever the new owner is, I hope all his money gets removed from his accounts and magically gets put into social services. I truly wish the biggest and most satisfying karma to get to him. If I could I'd leave this review star-less, that's what...

I ordered pizza for over 60 euros, and had hungry children at children's party. After being 1.5 hours late, the guy casually told me my pizzas are going into the oven. More than one week later and several remidners about cancellation, the order is still not refunded. To say this is bad service is to say nothing! It's a robbery. Very disappointing and unbelievably low standard for a 'respectworthy'...
