Unreliable, Dishonest, and Disrespectful Service

Our visit to Yemeni Mandi was deeply disappointing. We made it very clear to the staff that we were on a tight schedule and only decided to dine there after being repeatedly assured that the food would be served quickly.

That promise meant nothing.

What followed was a string of empty reassurances, misleading answers, and complete disregard for our situation. Not once did anyone take responsibility, offer a real update, or show even basic courtesy. The staff seemed more focused on making a sale than actually delivering what was promised.

In the end, we left without eating, frustrated and rushed not because of a mistake, but because of deliberate dishonesty.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend

We walked into Yemeni Mandi Restaurant at 17:50 and placed our order by 18:00. Before ordering, we repeatedly asked how long the food would take, clearly explaining that we had a flight to catch. We were told it would be 10 minutes, so we proceeded with the order.

By 18:15, we followed up and were told the food was “coming out soon.” By 18:25, again we were told “1 more minute.” By 18:45, we had no choice but to leave to catch our flight without receiving our food.

The service was rude, and it felt like they were just money-hungry. We were lied to multiple times about the timing. No genuine apology, no urgency, and zero respect for our situation. Extremely unprofessional. We left disappointed, frustrated, and hungry.
