The restaurant's interior looks expensive and tasteful, so we were really looking forward to a nice meal. Since it was very hot that day, all guests were seated on the terrace. We were a party of four adults and two children, and we were assigned a table a bit off to the side. Unfortunately, perhaps due to this fact, we were treated rather poorly. At first, we were served by a very nice young woman who was no longer there as the evening progressed. Later, we had at least five different employees at our table, but no one felt truly responsible. We first ordered wine, water, soft drinks, and our food, a monthly menu, three surprise menus, and snacks for the children. Unfortunately, the wine we wanted was sold out, the nice lady promised to bring us a similar wine for the same price, as the alternative was more expensive. It took more than an hour to get our bread. The butter didn't arrive because only one employee (now a young man) brought everything at a time, instead of serving with two waiter. After we had to ask several times, we receive some butter. After approximately 1.5 hours, we received the starter, which included soup, unfortunately without a spoon, but with a cheeky remark. A few minutes later, the spoon was brought to the table. In the meantime, we ordered another bottle of wine. After what felt like an eternity, the main course arrived. Again, not everything arrived at the table at the same time because the same young man had to serve alone. For a second time a soup was served without a spoon, and again we heard the inappropriate remark. The side dishes, which most likely belonged to the main courses, were brought a few minutes later without explanation. One side dish was obviously part of the monthly special, but it was not at all what was described on the menu. The other side dishes probably supposed for the surprise special didn't go at all with the already cold duck. Serving duck in the middle of summer is indeed surprising. It seemed more like a set meal consisting of ingredients that needed to be used up. The desserts looked good but were perhaps tasteless, a set of cutlery was missing as well, which we had to get ourselves as no staff were to be seen. All the courses on the menu had very small portion and taste-wise, they didn't impress us. The bread and Amuse-Bouche earlier in the evening were the most convincing. When we asked for the bill, we had another unpleasant surprise. The wines were not discounted as promised, and our bill also included some drinks that we hadn't ordered. When we complained, another member of staff removed these drinks from the bill, and we were kindly given a bottle of wine for free. The restaurant visit was a disappointment for us, a Restaurant who charges such prices should...
