Chefs burger 2. — Restaurant in Haarlem

Don't order here. The service is terrible. We ordered through thuisbezorgd. My order was a turkse pizza with cheese and veggies, no garlic sauce and I added sambal. It arrived on time. The turkse pizza was all soggy and way too much sambal in it. I can handle spicy food, but this was to the point that all the veggies in it were completely covered with sambal. My husband called them to ask if there is anything they can do about it, they said if you order without a garlic sauce you get double sambal in it otherwise you have to specify that you want just a little bit. Told us we will get our order within 45 min. After more then 30 min my husband called them to ask if the food being prepared. No, there is a delivery before us. After more then 1.5 hours waiting we called them again, explained that we still didnt got the food. They didn't make the food yet, claimed that they are way too busy. Spoken to 2 different guys, both rude, not problem solving oriented. Apperantly new orders have a priority over orders with issues.So instead of giving your customer what they paid for, you focus on getting more orders in. This is how you lose customers. Assembling a turkse pizza with cheese and veggies, so no meat in it, should not take more...

Orderd a Turkish pizza without garlic saus. They send it with double the amount of the spicy saus! I called and asked why cause I haven't specified extra sambal saus, the answer I got is I need to specify to add less of the other saus so they understand and don't make this mistake. Does that make any sense for anyone here? I don't think so. They promised to send it again and this time with the normal amount of spicy saus and it's now 110 minutes and still counting. Terrible place ! Don't make the mistake to eat...

Aanrader....eten is goed en schoon... als je besteld dan vind ik het een minpunt dat het vanaf €15 kan...dus je bent verplicht extra dingen toe te voegen...

Mocht je nog extra info willen toevoegen bij de bestelling... dat wordt niet gelezen, dus bestel je een broodje kroket...haal dan zelf mosterd in huis, want die vergeten ze te vezorgen ook als je erom vraagt... voor de rest is dit de enige snackbar waar ik bestel...omdat ze goede frituurolie gebruiken...je proeft dus niet goedkope troep over je eten heen maar gewoon je eten....vandaar 5 sterren... en natuurlijk de snelste...
