I find the atmosphere nice the food was not too bad I’m just wondering why your workers are kinda lazy I guess, because the person behind me and I have the same thing I ordered, I ordered one patat same as the person behind me but the person behind me got his order first than me and the SERVING WAS UNFAIR i don’t know if the workers are just lazy to cook another batch of patat or they are just don’t care, the man behind me got a full paper bag of patat and I got not even half of th...

Kwaliteit holt met de week achteruit. Twee weken geleden hier wat later op de avond in alle rust 1 patat zonder en 1 kroket besteld, op zich geen lastige bestelling lijkt me, zeker als er slechts een paar andere klanten zijn. Even later, na veel geklets van de medewerksters, is de patat klaar en is de medewerkster verrast dat de kroket nog niet in de frituur zit/klaar is om me te geven, dus vraagt ze aan een collega wat ermee aan de hand is. Giechelend komen ze tot de conclusie dat ze van elkaar dachten dat de ander die ene kroket wel zou klaarmaken. Kan gebeuren, maar inmiddels koelt de patat wel af... Helaas heb ik dus lang moeten wachten op die makkelijke bestelling terwijl de patat al redelijk afgekoeld was.

Vanavond nog een kans gegeven, wederom erg rustig en een makkelijke bestelling: 1 patat zonder en een frikadel speciaal. Nu is de bestelling wel snel klaar, maar is de portie patat allesbehalve royaal en dat tegen relatief hoge prijs! Bij andere snackbars in de buurt liggen de kwaliteit en porties patat veel hoger!

Kortom: medewerkers zijn te veel met zichzelf bezig en te weinig met de klant, zelfs als het uitermate rustig is. Relatief duur voor kleine porties van mindere kwaliteit dan concurrenten in de buurt. Weinig...
