My go-to pizza place because well, it's close, affordable. Good chicken nuggets with an awesome sweet n sour sauce, and their garlic sauce is made from actual garlic, unlike pp john's filthy yellow mystery goo. That said, NY pizzas are tasty and a LOT better than freezer pizzas.

The peri-peri chicken poppers were frozen in the middle and the potato wedges were a big disappointment. When the lady was asked to replace both, she replaced the chicken poppers but the potato wedges were supposed to look like that(pictures attached). Such a bad experience.

I've been ordering at this place for nearly 20 years. I have seen the quality and service really drop over time, the place is being managed by teenagers paid lowest salaries, there is no customer focus and nobody cares. Sending cold pizza even for the signature New York Pizza is regarded as not a problem and if you complain and return their pizza they make it difficult to refund. Eventually after chasing several times I got the refund but nothing else, no apology no compensation. Family obviously upset. It's a shame and no longer worthy of the NY name. I hope they improve so that I can get their wonderful pizza...

Online 3 glutenvrije pizza's besteld en betaald met Ideal. Na 10 minuten gebeld met de mededeling dat er geen glutenvrije pizza's verkocht worden. Reden? De glutenvrije pizza's die vroeger verkocht werden blijken bij new york pizza dus net gegarandeerd glutenvrij te zijn geweest!

Op mijn vraag waarom ik ze dan wel kon bestellen op de website kreeg ik als antwoord "het is een landelijke site en elk filiaal kan zelf bepalen of ze glutenarme (o, nu opeens arm ipv vrij) pizza's verkopen. En of ik het dan oké vond dat er gewone pizza's zou worden bezorgd. Nee dus ... glutenvrij is geen keuze maar en must ivm een allergie.

Nu maar afwachten of en hoe snel ik mijn geld terug krijg gestort.

Resumé: bij deze New York pizza kan je dus wel glutenvrij bestellen en betalen ... Maar niet krijgen ...

En pas op! SOMMIGEN ANDERE FILIALEN VERKOPEN DUS NOG WEL PIZZA'S MET LABEL GLUTENVRIJ, MAAR...
